Model DR3 Standard Features and Options

Standard Pump Attributes

The Model DR3 is fabricated with a 304 stainless steel inner liner and a Nyrim outer casing. Use of encapsulation technology provides the system designer greater freedom than was previously available with single material pump materials.

The standard Model DR3 is provided with 304 stainless steel wetted casing components, PA 12 gears, carbon graphite packed gland, bronze bearings, hardened chrome shafts, integral relief valve, bi-rotational operation, flexible mounting and port design.

Bearings

• Carbon Graphite - for high temperature, corrosion resistance.
• Ceramic - for high temperatures, and corrosion resistance requiring improved wear resistance
• Nylon - for thin, non-lubricating fluids.

Shaft seals

• Lipseals - single and double and lip seals are available in a variety of materials.
• Type 43 mechanical - single valve neoprene/Carbon/Stainless Steel or Viton/Tungsten/Stainless Steel
• Type 43 mechanical - double seal flush.

Rotors

• Bronze -
• Stainless Steel - 304 & 316
• Ertalyte - PETP, Polyethylene Terephtalate
• PTFE - Teflon
• UHWMPE - High molecular weight polymers
